Railway Signaling Installation and T&C Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation and testing/commissioning of railway signaling systems, including cable laying, connections, switches, and ERTMS beacons.
• Ensure all installation work complies with design documentation and safety/health requirements.
• Coordinate with installation workers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure productivity and adherence to schedules.
• Report progress, deviations, and non-conformities to the Installation Manager and Quality team.
• Perform field equipment testing and support the handover process to the Testing and Commissioning team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by defining best practices and sharing lessons learned.

Requirements

• CFGS or Higher Technician degree in Electricity, Industrial, or Electronic engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Proven experience in the railway sector (signaling, telecommunications, or electrification).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Valid driving license.
• Availability for travel (short and long missions) and night shifts.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety protocols.
