Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership by supervising and supporting Site Managers
- Manage economic planning, cost monitoring, and technical-economic optimization
- Coordinate material and human resources, including subcontracted companies
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, health and safety (P.R.L.) regulations, and execution procedures
- Act as the company's representative before official bodies and suppliers
Requirements
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering (Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos) or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the sector
- At least 2 years of experience in a Group Manager position
- Training in P.R.L. for site managers
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Availability for national mobility
