About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare technical design solutions, drawings, and project documentation
- Analyze Terms of Reference and prepare bid requests for subcontractors
- Participate in design activities to meet contract deadlines and schedules
- Conduct field visits and monitor projects during execution
- Maintain relationships with beneficiaries, subcontractors, and local administrations
- Ensure technical documentation is available for reviewers and checkers
- Support the approval process and handle notices to beneficiaries
- Prepare technical offers and intermediate reports
Requirements
- Technical or Engineering degree
- 3-5 years of experience in railway design and monitoring in Romania (advantageous)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and dedicated design software
- Strong computer skills in MS Office
- Fluent Romanian
- Good spoken and written English (advantageous)
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work in team collaboration
