Railway Design Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage the Railway design team and bids to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
• Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and subcontractors
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, monitoring, and workload planning
• Set objectives for the Railway Design Team and oversee the design process
• Define tasks and deadlines and participate in design phase development
• Provide technical support to the Project Manager
• Evaluate team workload and resource needs
• Promote an inspiring team environment and monitor performance
• Provide training, coaching, and team-building activities
• Maintain awareness of market trends and industry issues

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure design within an international company in Romania
• Construction Engineering Degree
• Proficiency in recognized design software and Microsoft applications
• Fluent in Romanian
• Good spoken and written English
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and delegation skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
