Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements from client specifications and management tools
• Define functional and software solutions
• Write functional and technical specifications
• Design control-command function architectures
• Develop principle diagrams, algorithms, and I/O definitions
• Verify development compliance with functional requirements and performance objectives
• Produce justification elements for safety requirements (SIL2)
• Perform modeling and simulation to validate software functional requirements
• Maintain traceability matrices between requirements, design, and verification
• Analyze anomalies identified during the V-cycle and propose corrective actions
• Participate in multidisciplinary technical meetings to ensure alignment between System, RAMS, and Software teams

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in automation, industrial computing, electrical engineering, or embedded systems
• Significant experience in control-command system design or embedded software
• Knowledge of system engineering and the V-cycle
• Experience in writing functional and technical specifications
• Proficiency in verification and validation activities
• Knowledge of critical systems and functional safety requirements (SIL)
• Ability to work in complex, highly regulated environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with tools such as DOORS, PTC, ClearQuest, GitLab, Codesys, JIRA, or ControlBuild
