Railroad Crossing Technician

Responsibilities

• Fill trucks with water/chemical mix and perform minor weed eating and chainsaw work
• Pull and roll up 300–500 feet of hose up to 32 times per day
• Spray 8–10 railroad crossings daily while safely driving and operating spray trucks
• Call MTM for daily job briefings and complete required end-of-day paperwork
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 21+ years of age with a valid driver’s license and at least 5 years of clean driving history
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, and federal background check
• Ability to travel 1–3 weeks at a time with flexible schedule for weekend or night work
• Compliance with company drug and alcohol policy
