Rail Site Coordination Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of rail coordinators to ensure efficient site operations
• Develop and implement strategies for site operations management and process optimization
• Maintain adherence to SLA standards and manage reporting for KPIs and stewardship initiatives
• Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with Site, Supply Chain, and Maintenance Operations to drive continuous improvement
• Provide oversight for daily transactions and lead recurring process reviews to eliminate gaps
• Lead quarterly stewardship meetings and integrated functional meetings
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with local rail crews

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, rail logistics, or related operations
• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Proficiency in logistics platforms such as SAP, RailTrac, or Bourque
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work in a high-stakes environment and meet strict deadlines despite disruptions
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field
