Rail Inspector

Responsibilities

• Travel to offsite locations to inspect and grade grain samples
• Perform moisture, weight, damage, and mycotoxin testing
• Operate and maintain mobile lab equipment for onsite testing
• Accurately report results and issue inspection certificates
• Communicate with operations and client facilities
• Maintain sampling tools and follow safety protocols
• Train and mentor new inspectors

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 1–2 years of related experience
• Minimum of two years of verifiable driving experience
• Clean driving record within the last three years
• Valid driver’s license and up-to-date auto insurance
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Physical ability to lift up to 15 lbs
• Ability to work in outdoor, dusty environments
