Radiology Technologist II

Responsibilities

• Receive and review physician requests for radiographic procedures and identify patients
• Perform diagnostic imaging including CT, X-Ray, and MRI using established standards
• Operate computer and radiographic equipment for image production and documentation
• Ensure images are legibly labeled with correct date and patient identification
• Monitor patient well-being and take appropriate action for discomfort or medical problems
• Run laboratory tests on moderate to complex machines under a CLIA license
• Utilize Athena Health EMR for HIPAA-compliant patient data entry
• Update patient information in Salesforce CRM
• Perform clerical duties and other job-related tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program
• Current license to practice as a Radiologic Technologist in New York State
• ARRT registration in Radiography and CT required within 12 months of hire
• At least 1 year of experience in both X-Ray and CT modalities
• Strong knowledge of Siemens technology
