About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage radiology services to ensure hospital standards and procedures are implemented correctly
- Perform radiographic examinations including conventional radiography, fluoroscopy, mammography, CT Scan, MRI, and mobile X-rays
- Plan staffing levels to ensure adequate personnel for radiology services
- Monitor policies, regulations, and staff discipline within the department
- Oversee procurement, repairs, and inventory of medical and non-medical supplies
- Manage maintenance, license renewals, and calibration of radiological medical equipment
- Plan and evaluate training and education activities for radiology staff
- Implement quality and safety procedures, including data collection and report creation
- Coordinate with government agencies such as BPFK, BAPETEN, and BATAN
Requirements
- Diploma (D3) Degree in Radiology
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a hospital or clinic radiology department
- In-depth knowledge of radiological procedures, equipment, and safety protocols
- Strong management skills for staff supervision and departmental operations
- Strong organizational skills for managing patient flow and documentation
