Radiology Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the radiography department
• Manage and support a small team of radiographers
• Ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care
• Conduct and manage CQC inspections to ensure regulatory compliance
• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures
• Maintain and monitor equipment safety and operational status
• Provide clinical expertise in x-ray procedures
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience in a healthcare setting
• Extensive experience with CQC inspections and compliance
• Clinical experience in x-ray procedures
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
