Radiologist

Responsibilities

• Perform and interpret diagnostic imaging procedures across multiple specialties including abdominal/GU, breast, cardiovascular, general, interventional, musculoskeletal, and neuroradiology
• Provide timely and accurate radiology reports to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to infection control and safety policies
• Adhere to all Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) regulations and guidelines
• Participate in quality improvement activities and continuing education

Requirements

• Active license to practice as a Radiologist
• Board Certification in Radiology
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Clinical experience in abdominal/GU, breast, cardiovascular, general, interventional, musculoskeletal, and neuroradiology
• Knowledge of VA regulations and guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
