Radiographer

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-Ray, CT Scan, MRI, Mammography, and Fluoroscopy
• Prepare patients by explaining examination processes and ensuring safety and comfort
• Operate and maintain radiology equipment according to manufacturer guidelines
• Apply ALARA principles to minimize radiation exposure while ensuring image quality
• Maintain compliance with radiation safety and infection prevention standards
• Document results accurately within HIS, RIS, and PACS systems
• Collaborate with Radiologists, Physicians, and Nurses to support patient care
• Perform routine quality control checks on equipment

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (D4/S1) in Radiography
• Valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) for Radiographer
• Active SIP (Surat Izin Praktik) or eligibility to obtain one
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a hospital or diagnostic center
• Proficiency in operating Digital X-Ray, CT Scan, MRI, and Fluoroscopy
• Familiarity with PACS, RIS, and Hospital Information Systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Radiation Protection Officer (PPR) certification
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong clinical internship experience for fresh graduates
