Responsibilities
- Manage monitoring operations and incident response
- Follow up on established security procedures
- Monitor alarm systems and CCTV feeds
- Provide professional customer service during communications
- Draft and send professional emails regarding incidents and reports
Requirements
- Completed TSU (Técnico Superior Universitario) in Computing, Electronics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in monitoring, incident management, or procedure follow-up
- Experience working in Alarm Centers, CCTV environments, or Radiocommunications
- Proficiency with monitoring software (Alarms/CCTV)
- Strong knowledge of security systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written communication skills for email correspondence
- Ability to work with a flexible schedule
