Radio Frequency (RF) Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Use RF test equipment to evaluate system performance, compliance, and troubleshoot issues
• Execute RF tests and generate status and test reports
• Define verification matrices and internal RF performance specifications
• Review test result data against expected requirements
• Recommend improvements to test strategies and new test techniques
• Design test fixtures and calibrate test equipment
• Handle sensitive RF circuits and equipment properly

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of multi-GHz RF hardware test experience
• Hands-on experience with Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, and Vector Network Analyzers
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience with component-level RF circuit characterization and optimization
• Must be a U.S. Person (permanent resident or citizen)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of RF guidelines for PCB layout
• Test automation using Python or LabView
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently
