Radio Frequency (RF) Production Support Electrical Engineer I

Responsibilities

• Support troubleshooting of RF/Microwave and Antenna hardware in production, hardware integration, test, and validation environments
• Apply root-cause analysis and corrective-action methodologies to resolve hardware issues
• Manage technical documentation and communicate findings to vendors, peers, and program leadership
• Contribute to the production of next-generation antenna products through hands-on integration and testing

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM field
• U.S. citizenship is required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Coursework or project experience involving antenna theory or RF/microwave component design
• Experience working in a lab environment with standard EE equipment (Network Analyzers, Power Meters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc.)
• Exposure to RF simulation tools such as CST or Ansys HFSS
• Familiarity with scientific programming or automation tools such as Python, LabVIEW, or MATLAB
• Experience reading technical drawings or electrical schematics
• Knowledge of microwave and millimeter-wave frequencies and calibration techniques
