Responsibilities

• Design tactical radio communication systems based on UHF / VHF / HF technology
• Support development teams in technical implementation, development, and testing of radio requirements
• Coordinate technical teams to develop test plans for radio system validation
• Coordinate wired and wireless radio tests (4G and 5G)
• Analyze radio solutions for 4G/5G products in terms of performance (power, sensitivity, etc.)
• Coordinate and perform tests using spectrum analyzers
• Participate in responses to calls for tenders in the tactical radio communication domain
• Coordinate the drafting of technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with project teams
• Ensure proposal compliance with client requirements and current standards
• Participate in technical presentations before clients and selection committees

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Telecommunications and Networks or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Radio Communication System Engineering and waveform design
• Mastery of UHF / VHF / HF environments
• Deep knowledge of waveform engineering
• Proficiency in VHF radio communication algorithms and protocols
• Knowledge of mobile radio communication protocols
• Experience working on complex and multidisciplinary projects
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate multidisciplinary projects
• Excellent technical and written communication skills
• Proficiency in technical English (written and oral)
