Radiation Therapist

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively develop and implement radiation treatments for patients in accordance with oncologist prescriptions
• Perform radiation treatments while maintaining clinical quality processes
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment and ensure all supplies are maintained
• Communicate effectively with patients and assist with patient transfers
• Maintain accurate patient records and schedules
• Analyze quality information and support quality processes within assigned units

Requirements

• ARRT registration as a Radiation Therapist
• Clinical experience in Radiation and Medical Oncology
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
• Current State License (if applicable)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email
• Ability to meet client site access requirements, including background checks and immunizations

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years of clinical experience in a radiation oncology setting
