Radiation Oncology Nurse Coordinator (RN)

Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient care by assessing and evaluating physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs
• Coordinate the delivery of safe and appropriate patient care governed by evidence-based clinical practice
• Monitor care and data to optimize patient outcomes
• Facilitate the education of patients and families regarding their care and procedures
• Act as a clinical resource to the healthcare team
• Ensure all actions support the overall goals of the business and patient safety

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree
• 2-5 years of nursing experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Experience in Oncology or Radiation Oncology
• More than 2 years of specialized RN experience
