Responsibilities
- Facilitate patient care by assessing and evaluating physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs
- Coordinate the delivery of safe and appropriate patient care governed by evidence-based clinical practice
- Monitor care and data to optimize patient outcomes
- Facilitate the education of patients and families regarding their care and procedures
- Act as a clinical resource to the healthcare team
- Ensure all actions support the overall goals of the business and patient safety
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree
- 2-5 years of nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Experience in Oncology or Radiation Oncology
- More than 2 years of specialized RN experience
