Radar System Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead radar system design activities, including architecture definition for Pulsed, FMCW, and AESA systems
• Perform system modelling and performance analysis using Matlab/Simulink, Python, or radar simulation tools
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical consistency and compliance with MIL-STD defense engineering standards
• Execute hardware/software integration, testing, and qualification in lab and field environments
• Utilize professional RF and measurement equipment for system validation and troubleshooting
• Contribute to technical documentation, design reviews, and customer-facing technical discussions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in radar system engineering and design
• Hands-on experience with radar test equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes
• Proficiency in modelling tools including Matlab/Simulink, Python, ADS, or CST
• Proven ability to execute technical tasks within highly regulated defense environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to represent the company during technical reviews
