Rack Prep Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to groups of non-exempt employees
• Communicate daily priorities to the team and lead efforts to meet production goals
• Identify and address material shortages to ensure production lines are adequately supplied
• Monitor quality indicators and address performance issues promptly
• Update communication reports to ensure effective information flow between shifts
• Mentor and motivate employees while identifying training needs for performance improvement
• Promote compliance with 5S+1 practices

Requirements

• Proficiency in manufacturing techniques and Flex technologies
• High level of competency and functional process knowledge in manufacturing environments
• Strong problem-solving skills to deal with practical variables
• Ability to speak and understand English
• Advanced technical skills suitable for conducting on-the-job training
