R2R Technical Lead - Cash Accounting

Responsibilities

• Manage Cash activities including Bank Reconciliations, Journals, and Open items
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual Cash accounting reports for accuracy
• Manage month-end book closing and reporting processes
• Maintain process documentation in accordance with company treasury policies
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, Sarbanes-Oxley, and internal audit procedures
• Act as the first level escalation point for issue resolution
• Provide performance and operational progress reports to management
• Implement team business continuity plans and recommend resource planning solutions
• Set performance expectations and provide coaching and developmental feedback to team members
• Lead short-term projects and contribute to long-term strategic initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• CPA certification
• 6+ years of professional experience in Finance and Accounting
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or Blackline
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, or other accounting standards
• Advanced MS Excel and MS Office skills
