R2R Senior Specialist with German

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end closing activities for General Ledger and Group Reporting
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies using supporting documentation
• Prepare detailed financial reports and support financial statement reporting in Hyperion/HFM
• Coordinate the statutory reporting process and cooperate with external providers for tax reporting
• Support financial audits by acting as a point of contact and providing required documentation
• Perform internal controls related to General Ledger and Group Reporting to maintain financial integrity
• Prepare local GAAP adjustments, balance sheet analysis, and profit and loss analysis
• Contribute to budgeting, financial planning, and continuous process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Professional experience in General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Reporting, or financial accounting
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Hyperion HFM
• Advanced Excel skills
• Fluent English language skills
• Intermediate German language skills
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and reporting standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in BPO or Shared Services environments
• Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, or accounting project coordination
• CPA certification or additional professional accounting certifications
