R2R Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end financial accounting activities including General Accounting, Banking, Intercompany, and Fixed Assets
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments with appropriate documentation
• Perform balance sheet and bank-to-GL reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Manage the fixed asset lifecycle, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals
• Execute intercompany matching, reconciliation, and settlement activities
• Support month-end and quarter-end close cycles in adherence to strict timelines
• Ensure compliance with SOX/ICFR controls, SOPs, and OneStream governance
• Support internal and external audit processes through documentation and walkthroughs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in R2R, Financial Accounting, or a Shared Services environment
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts and US GAAP or IFRS basics
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis, reconciliations, and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of OneStream or other specialized reconciliation tools
• Experience with lease accounting under IFRS 16 / ASC 842
