R&D Samples Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage logistical operations within the R&D function to support testing requirements in Malta.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of R&D samples, from reception to discard, ensuring strict traceability.
• Handle physical movement of samples, including carrying boxes or pallets and using forklifts when necessary.
• Manage samples, climatic chambers, and dedicated areas for real-time and accelerated ageing processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with EHS regulations.
• Support the shipment of samples to other Baxter facilities or external partners for processes such as sterilization.
• Perform various operational activities within the warehouse area.

Requirements

• O’ Level standard of education.
• ECDL Certification or high proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous working experience in a warehouse environment.
• Valid lifter user certification.
