R&D PMDC Design Control Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RPA and AI-assisted solutions to automate business processes
• Support document control activities using digital lifecycle management systems
• Execute data migration activities including data loading, reconciliation, and quality checks
• Perform content analysis using AI to extract, classify, and validate technical information
• Create lightweight applications and scripts to support workflow automation
• Support system connectivity and integration across platforms like Windchill, Veeva, and Teamcenter
• Work within a Microsoft Copilot environment to enhance productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with RPA development and AI-enabled tools
• Knowledge of digital document control and lifecycle management systems
• Proficiency in data migration, validation, and integrity checking
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Understanding of system integrations and data flows across enterprise platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with systems engineering and model-based approaches (MBSE)
• Knowledge of computer modeling and simulation
• Experience with code testing and validation
• Familiarity with failure mode analysis and product risk management
• Experience supporting medical device development or other regulated environments
