R&D Engineer Associate

Responsibilities

• Design and develop products from initial concept through design, qualification, and production
• Use CAD models, 3-D Surface Models, and physical prototypes to demonstrate design intent and feasibility
• Determine product goals and manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines
• Resolve production and customer-facing issues through active problem-solving and statistical analysis
• Provide coaching and support to ensure design performance meets customer expectations
• Collaborate continuously with internal teams to ensure successful project deployment
• Formulate and adhere to established standards and procedures for product development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering
• In-depth knowledge of Solidworks 3D/2D CAD software
• Exposure to various manufacturing processes and designing for manufacturability
• Knowledge of dimensional and tolerance standards
• Experience performing tolerance analysis of complex assemblies

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with Washing Machines
