R&D Composites Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage technical modification requests (Engineering Changes)
• Perform automated fiber placement (AFP) operations and machine piloting
• Operate stamping presses and oversee composite part manufacturing
• Manage part traceability and ensure compliance with aeronautical quality standards
• Define development plans for composite parts and design experiments (DoE)
• Lead material characterization testing and analyze test results
• Write technical conclusions and ensure knowledge capitalization
• Collaborate closely with production, quality, and methods teams

Requirements

• Bac +2/3 in materials/composites (Technician) or Engineering degree in materials/composites
• Experience in composite processes such as AFP, stamping, or infusion
• Knowledge of demanding industrial environments, ideally in the aeronautical sector
• Strong analytical skills, rigor, and autonomy
• Fluent in French
• Professional proficiency in English
