About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage technical modification requests (Engineering Changes)
- Perform automated fiber placement (AFP) operations and machine piloting
- Operate stamping presses and oversee composite part manufacturing
- Manage part traceability and ensure compliance with aeronautical quality standards
- Define development plans for composite parts and design experiments (DoE)
- Lead material characterization testing and analyze test results
- Write technical conclusions and ensure knowledge capitalization
- Collaborate closely with production, quality, and methods teams
Requirements
- Bac +2/3 in materials/composites (Technician) or Engineering degree in materials/composites
- Experience in composite processes such as AFP, stamping, or infusion
- Knowledge of demanding industrial environments, ideally in the aeronautical sector
- Strong analytical skills, rigor, and autonomy
- Fluent in French
- Professional proficiency in English
