R&D Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of 3D molds and technical solutions
• Support activities related to 3D printing, CNC machining, laser cutting, and digital cutting technologies
• Contribute to the execution of special projects from concept to implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical feasibility and quality
• Identify opportunities to improve tools, workflows, and production processes
• Provide operational support in daily technical activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards

Requirements

• Technical degree or higher vocational training (e.g., Técnico Superior en Diseño en Fabricación Mecánica or similar)
• Approximately 3 years of experience in an industrial or technical environment
• Intermediate proficiency in French or English
• Knowledge of 3D design and/or 3D printing
• Knowledge of CNC machinery
• Knowledge of laser and digital cutting technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience in leather goods (marroquinería)
