R&D Associate

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day R&D functions, including conducting trials and tasting sessions
• Prepare and present food samples, including in-house and competitor products, to the technical team
• Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to the R&D process
• Learn and apply in-house recipes and operate test kitchen equipment and manufacturing facility tools
• Evaluate food products to ensure consistent quality standards are met
• Operate advanced kitchen appliances such as bowl choppers, grinders, tumblers, and fryers
• Maintain accurate records of ingredients and supplier data for analysis
• Maintain high standards for sanitation, cleanliness, and safety within the innovation kitchen

Requirements

• Prior experience in R&D or Meat Processing
• Strong knowledge of product processing steps
• Basic sensory analysis skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Basic English written and verbal communication skills
