Quoting Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop competitive pricing solutions for domestic and international moving services by reviewing survey information and customer requirements.
• Prepare and submit accurate quotations within agreed service levels and deadlines.
• Negotiate and maintain competitive rates with agents, vendors, freight forwarders, and other service providers.
• Analyze supplier and vendor rates to ensure profitability and identify opportunities to improve margins.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Account Management teams to support business development and cross-selling.
• Maintain accurate pricing data, tariffs, and supplier rates within company systems such as InTrack.
• Monitor quotation status and follow up with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in pricing, logistics, freight forwarding, moving, or relocation.
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities to evaluate pricing data and make commercial decisions.
• Proven negotiation skills to secure favorable rates and commercial terms.
• Advanced computer literacy and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
