About the role
Responsibilities
- Process and analyze biological samples
- Operate and monitor automated laboratory equipment
- Interpret and correlate clinical results
- Execute and monitor internal and external quality controls
- Participate in the validation of analytical methods
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in QC, QFB, QBP, or a related field
- Valid Title and Professional License (Cédula) is mandatory
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting
- Knowledge of microscopic structure identification and renal physiology
- Proficiency in quality control and analytical method validation
- English reading comprehension skills
