Quick Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quick Team in investigating quality deviations reported by customers or manufacturing.
• Manage the Delivery Stop (DS) process and lead Pre-Delivery Stop meetings.
• Define and implement short-term and long-term corrective actions within required timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional analysis for issues impacting customers or plant operations.
• Prepare technical data and reports, including 8D, 3 Diamond, and SPS reports.
• Communicate investigation status and results to Plant Quality Managers and Product Quality Managers.
• Prioritize high-priority issues and manage team workload to ensure efficient investigation cycles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of technical project management experience, OR
• Master's degree and 1 year of technical project management experience, OR
• 5 years of technical project management experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the US (unrestricted basis).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a manufacturing-related field.
• Background in Engineering or Manufacturing processes.
• Experience with truck chassis/cab systems or bus body systems.
• Proficiency in statistical data analysis and performance metric tracking.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading root cause analysis and issue resolution strategies.
