Quick Lube Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with service needs, pricing, and estimated wait times.
• Recommend oil change options and additional maintenance services based on manufacturer recommendations and DVI documentation.
• Communicate service status and completion times to customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare service invoices, process payments, and handle billing inquiries.
• Coordinate with lube technicians to relay customer requests and ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and services performed.
• Promote current discounts, loyalty programs, and special offers to customers.
• Ensure the customer waiting area and quick lube environment remain clean, organized, and safe.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for high-quality customer service.
• Basic computer proficiency for scheduling, billing, and record-keeping.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including weekends.
• Ability to work in a service garage setting with exposure to noise and vehicle exhaust.
