Quick Lube Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their vehicle maintenance and quick lube service needs.
• Recommend appropriate oil change options and additional services based on manufacturer recommendations and vehicle condition.
• Communicate service status, pricing, and estimated wait times clearly to customers to build trust.
• Prepare service invoices, process payments, and handle billing inquiries or disputes.
• Coordinate with lube technicians to relay customer requests and ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, services performed, and follow-up actions.
• Ensure the customer waiting area and quick lube environment remain clean, organized, and safe.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for high-quality customer service.
• Basic computer skills for scheduling, billing, and record-keeping.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including weekends.
• Professional appearance and the ability to work in a process-driven environment.
