Quarry Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct and control operations including discovery, rearrangement, blasting, extraction, production, and loading
• Manage and maintain fixed and mobile equipment and plan routine maintenance
• Oversee site administration including budgeting, ordering, stock management, and production tracking
• Manage site personnel and subcontractors, including scheduling, attendance, and compliance with internal regulations
• Ensure production meets quality standards (PAQ and MAQ)
• Implement safety and prevention rules for all staff and third parties
• Manage environmental compliance regarding water, noise, dust, and vibrations
• Maintain positive relationships with local residents, owners, and administrations

Requirements

• Level 5 diploma (BAC + 2) with C.Q.P. Chef de carrière or equivalent, or an engineering degree
• Previous management experience
• Methodical and rigorous approach
• Ability to work in a team and take initiative
• Strong interpersonal skills
