Quantum Hardware Assembly Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform precision assembly including soldering, electrical checking, wirebonding, and component integration
• Verify assembled components meet technical specifications for quality assurance
• Support prototype development in close collaboration with engineering and R&D teams
• Standardize, improve, troubleshoot, and automate assembly workflows
• Manage component supply, including supplier selection, procurement, and inventory management
• Coordinate logistics and documentation for domestic and international shipping

Requirements

• Experience in assembly, soldering, PCB work, or wirebonding processes
• Hands-on mentality with a focus on process optimization
• Organized and detail-oriented with experience in Jira and inventory management
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical or engineering degree (MBO or HBO preferred)
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
• Interest in supply chain optimization or scaling production
