Quantum Associate

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the development, demonstration, and presentation of solutions in quantum cybersecurity and quantum computing.
• Contribute to post-quantum cryptography (PQC) readiness, including risk assessments, migration planning, and crypto-agility improvements.
• Develop and evaluate quantum algorithms and workflows for optimization, machine learning, and simulation use cases.
• Build software kits and tools, design architectures, and benchmark performance using best practices in software engineering.
• Produce technical leadership documents, assessment reports, and executive-level presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security engineering, ML/AI groups, and product stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, Applied Math, or a related field.
• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in post-quantum cryptographic implementations, security engineering, or quantum algorithm development.
• Proficiency in Python and numerical libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, or pandas.
• Working knowledge of quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane, or Azure Quantum).
• Strong understanding of post-quantum cryptography, including KEMs, signature schemes, and the current standardization landscape.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity fundamentals such as PKI, TLS 1.3, and certificate management.
• Experience with version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with C++ or Rust.
• Publications, preprints, or open-source contributions in quantum or applied security.
• Experience with cloud quantum platforms like AWS Braket or Azure Quantum.
