About the role
Responsibilities
- Contract management in line with NEC 4 (Options A, B, C & E)
- Subcontractor negotiations and contract management
- Application for payments for both Client and Subcontract
- Forecasting and performance tracking for both Client and Subcontractors
- Project risk management and reviewing day-to-day project risks
- Conducting site visits for monthly AFP and sub-contract assessments
- Creating and managing cost to completes to ensure business awareness of project position
- Delivering accurate and timely budget, cost, and change reporting
- Producing monthly Cost Value Reconciliation and generating Earned Value Analysis reports
Requirements
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or a related commercial field
- Previous experience in the water industry
- Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional membership status (RICS, ICES)
