Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Contract management in line with NEC 4 (Options A, B, C & E)
• Subcontractor negotiations and contract management
• Application for payments for both Client and Subcontract
• Forecasting and performance tracking for both Client and Subcontractors
• Project risk management and reviewing day-to-day project risks
• Conducting site visits for monthly AFP and sub-contract assessments
• Creating and managing cost to completes to ensure business awareness of project position
• Delivering accurate and timely budget, cost, and change reporting
• Producing monthly Cost Value Reconciliation and generating Earned Value Analysis reports

Requirements

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or a related commercial field
• Previous experience in the water industry
• Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional membership status (RICS, ICES)
