Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Monitor project costs from inception to completion, providing accurate cost projections and detailed reports
• Collaborate with project teams to assess scope changes and adjust cost estimates and budgets
• Review drawings and material take-offs for various disciplines including Structural, Piping, Electrical, Mechanical, and Architectural
• Perform site inspections to verify quantities for remeasurement and variation claims
• Prepare detailed cost reports and forecasts to provide transparency into budget performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, construction management, engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying within oil & gas and energy sectors
• 10+ years of experience for Senior Quantity Surveyor consideration
• Proficiency in quantity measurement and cost forecasting
• Experience with cost management software and advanced Excel skills
