Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Provide full pre- and post-contract cost management services across commercial real estate projects
• Prepare cost plans, budgets, estimates, and feasibility studies
• Support procurement activities including tender documentation and bid analysis
• Manage valuations, variations, change control, and final accounts
• Monitor project costs and provide accurate financial reporting
• Review contracts to identify commercial risks and opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline
• Experience in quantity surveying or cost management within commercial real estate or construction consultancy
• Strong commercial awareness and financial management capability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cost management software
• Fluent English; Dutch and/or French is beneficial
• Knowledge of Belgian construction market practices is advantageous
