About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in cost management commissions including cost estimates, bills of quantities, and value engineering
- Perform tendering, evaluation, and contract knowledge management
- Manage change orders and final account close-out
- Estimate and produce cost plans
- Conduct cost assessments and valuations
- Prepare cost reports
- Liaise with project stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in quantity surveying, cost management, engineering, or project & facilities management
- Knowledge of cost management concepts, tools, and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
