About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, payment applications, variations, and claims, following up with the Engineer/Client for approvals
- Review and verify subcontractor payments and variations
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to enhance project efficiency
- Support contract management, dispute resolution, and financial reporting
- Ensure strict compliance with FIDIC, legal requirements, and company policies
- Work closely with Commercial, Project, and Site teams to ensure cost efficiency and contractual compliance
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of post-contract Quantity Surveyor experience in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts
- Proficiency in QS software and MS Office (specifically Excel and Project)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and cost management skills
