Quantity Surveyor MEP

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify MEP BOQs (Bills of Quantities) before tender processes
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works
• Carry out project cost estimation specific to MEP disciplines
• Review and verify technical specifications of MEP works against design drawings and standards
• Evaluate and certify Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs)
• Conduct onsite inspections to validate completed works and report discrepancies
• Provide recommendations for cost optimization and value engineering in MEP systems
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and site teams for accurate forecasting and budgeting
• Ensure all MEP works are in line with contractual obligations and industry standards
• Prepare material calculation sheets and material demand according to site and drawings

Requirements

• DAE / B-Tech in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
• 10 years of proven experience in MEP Quantity Surveying
• Experience with large-scale high-rise projects
