Quantity Surveyor Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the quantity surveying team throughout all project phases
• Prepare, review, and approve cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
• Manage contract administration including negotiation, variations, claims, and dispute resolution
• Ensure accurate measurement and valuation of work completed and prepare payment applications
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to optimize project costs
• Monitor and report on project financial performance and risk mitigation strategies
• Develop team capabilities through coaching and mentorship

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in quantity surveying and contract management
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong expertise in cost control, contract negotiation, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working within PMC/PMO or Consultant Companies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
