About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the commercial management of complex nuclear works at Devonport Dockyard
  • Manage cost control, forecasting, and procurement processes
  • Oversee supplier management and commercial reporting
  • Ensure successful delivery of major programmes within a highly regulated environment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain project commercial integrity

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Quantity Surveying or commercial management within construction, infrastructure, or engineering
  • Strong knowledge of cost control, forecasting, and procurement
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaborative skills
  • Must hold a passport from a NATO or MISWG member country
  • Must have resided in the UK for the past five years
  • Ability to obtain BPSS security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
  • Previous experience in nuclear, defence, or other highly regulated infrastructure environments
