Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial resources for assigned projects to maximise planned gross margin
• Provide expertise in valuations, claims, budget monitoring, and performance reporting
• Assess and mitigate commercial and contractual risks in line with company policies
• Authorise and oversee project variations, contracts, and material orders
• Ensure quality and safety across a range of construction projects

Requirements

• Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry
• Strong IT proficiency, specifically in MS Excel and MS Office tools
• Full Driving Licence
• Ability to understand and respond to contract issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor
