Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial resources for assigned projects to maximise planned gross margin
• Provide expertise in valuations, claims, budget monitoring, and performance reporting
• Assess and mitigate commercial and contractual risks in line with Kier policies
• Authorise and oversee project variations, contracts, and material orders

Requirements

• Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry
• Experience with a Tier 1 Main Contractor is highly desirable
• Ability to understand and respond to contract issues
• Strong IT proficiency, especially in MS Excel and MS Office tools
• Full Driving Licence
