Responsibilities
- Pricing works and agreeing costs with clients prior to project commencement
- Managing subcontractors including raising orders and assessing payment applications
- Negotiating and agreeing variations with clients
- Contributing to monthly forecasting and reporting
- Mentoring junior team members and sharing expertise
Requirements
- Proficiency in Highways Schedule of Rates
- Understanding of the method of measurement
- Experience in highways maintenance projects
- Confidence with Microsoft Office applications
- Proactive approach and ability to use initiative
