Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Measure quantities and compile detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for estimations
• Monitor ongoing project costs against established budgets
• Reconcile all project costs at completion for final account preparation and settlement
• Assess contractor claims and certify interim valuations and progress payments

Requirements

• Must be a Saudi National
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance (with High School diploma)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance (with Diploma)
• Strong skills in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and cost control
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and leadership skills within large organizations
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment and maintain judgment under pressure
